I was awarded the ICAEW Corporate Finance Qualification in 2006 and sit on the steering committee of the Kent Corporate Finance Alliance.

I am the head of EMEA for CDI Global, a worldwide M&A network.

With 30 plus years’ experience in M&A, I like to help nurture owner managed and entrepreneurial businesses to position themselves to meet shareholder objectives whether that be to maximise liquidity events or to plan for family succession.
